Obviously, Fiat's loyalties are with its shareholders and the Italian citizens that now own Chrysler. President Obama should have considered that when he gave them Chrysler.

Daily currency fluctuations could easily swing a buck a vehicle making the decision point necessarily higher.

An another thing, EU is no different than the U.S Many countries will inhibit sales of large ticket items if they aren’t built with EU labor, so it’s not just $1, it’s the whole car that otherwise wouldn’t be sold.
