He needs to go. There is no more scared right that we share in this country than our right to vote. He obviously looks at that in a rather frivolous manner. Virginia, you need to let this guy know how you feel about his conduct.

When Bush43 entered office he was handed tons of evidence proving Bill Clinton was a treasonous double agent for the Chicoms yet he, like new presidents before him, decided to let the crimes of a previous chief executive slide so as not to set a precedent that could affect him after his hitch is up...

Satire aside (and it was good) - prior to being asked to look into this particular case AG Cuccinelli made some remarks about this case - calling it foolish but seeing no real evidence of actual voter fraud from the tape.
After the investigation we will see what happens, but personally I don’t expect much from this. Moran’s son is moron, and I fully anticupate the moron’s dad will be re-elected.

I met AG Cucinelli a few days ago and talked to him about voter fraud. I said that the ability to use utility bills as proof of ID was ridiculous. He thought there was a much bigger problem at the actual voter registration level. We both agreed that it was nuts that VA law requires the state board of elections to ask him to intervene and investigate cases of potential voter fraud. He can’t just do so on his own initiative.
