Right out of the Marxist, leninist, Alinsky playbook. The RATS are very adept at brainwashing our children. Look at the modern day MSM; all products of the brainwashing of leftist professors who permeate throughout the educational community.
I absolutely agree. It is our responsibility to counter this in every way we can. I regularly ask my child what the teachers are saying in school, and I counter the liberal story line with facts. I don't ever say - ‘this is how you should think’. I just put the facts out there. I truly believe that's enough. For example, we spent time at one point going over the history of the USSR, and Stalin's purges. The response was ‘Why haven't we heard about this? Stalin was like Hitler, but killed more people.’
I also think it's very important that the ‘non-left’ provide other sources of teaching and entertainment for children, to prevent the ‘brain washing’ of which you speak. Conservatives should be writing more children's books etc.
