Could be Obama campaign trying to embarrass Romney and Birthers. Or it might be left over from Hillary campaign who started the whole issue.
Or Anonymous, Cracked Forums, or Something Awful playing games like they have done in the past. They pulled so many stunts to laugh at birthers. Some of their stunts people are still spreading around as thought they believe them.
