They dont CARE that the judge denied her request. It is probably what they WANTED.
They KNOW the transcripts are nothing but boring financial info about Staples stock
They dont really WANT them out- they just want to be able to SAY that it is Romney that is refusing, and so he must be convering up something.
Dude, if Romney’s lawyer says to the media and in court that he has no objection to letting the stuff out, how do they get to say he was blocking squat? Good grief, it was bad enough when people were panicking about real stuff like Mitt being behind in the polls, now we have to run around with our hair on fire about what lies somebody might tell thaqt will be obvious to any chimp?
But Romney is NOT refusing. Mitt's lawyers agreed that the testimony could be released. They basically said Mitt has nothing to hide and could not care less if the transcripts of his testimony is released. Allred can't claim Romney is refusing, because he is not. Allred can't even say Romney is refusing to allow the gag order be lifted because it was the Boston Globe that dropped that request.
