Held on a “probation violation” and silenced until after the election even though President Obama repeatedly made him the scape goat for the 9-11-2012 attacks even lambasting him before the United Nations Council of Islamic Dictatorships.
His hearing is set for a few days AFTER the election.

Acknowledging the death of another constitutional right is just a formality at this point. The first amendment right to free speech was already gone.
If you’re a constitutional lawyer and you sue the DNC over Obama’s eligibility you will not only lose, you will be sanctioned with fines by the judge — ANY judge, since none of them have the fortitude to stick up for the truth.
Not to mention the recent disappearance of other precious rights, through the awful Obamacare and Arizona illegal immigration law rulings in the supreme court.

Here’s a prediction: Nasily bakoula kakoula is never going to get to tell the real story of that video. He is going to have an “accident” in jail, or maybe commit suicide. Whatever it is, someone connected with Obama will know the exact date, time, location and means of kakoula’s demise... before it happens.
Here’s the not-so-theoretical theory behind the prediction: the way this guy was arrested, the way he is being held, the pretext for it, the timing of the hearing, the incredibly bad production of the video, all smell to me like a false flag operation of the kind played by a presidential candidate who would like to have a ready-made “crisis” to take the public’s attention off of his lousy record in the last 2 months of the campaign, while, at the same time, he can posture as the strong leader handling the “crisis” and try to leverage the “crisis” into broad rally-round-the-flag support for a president dealing with a foreign crisis.
If this guy ever makes it out of jail, I’d sure like to know how he came to make that crappy video and how it managed to get so much attention just in time for September 11.
Do not forget he is/was an Egyptian muslim fbi snitch whose partner is a falsestinian terrorist. There is way more to this end of the story than meets the eye.

Not a crime in itself but we’re dealing with 7th century thugs here of which our President is one.
Probably so, but then charge him with aiding and abeting terrorism instead of treating him exactly the way a repressive regime treats a political prisoner.
Or perhaps the gentleman was working for the government when he produced that video, and this gives him the opportunity to avoid questions, and then after the election finally drop out of sight under a new identity.
