Thank you very much for fixing the problem with FR’s servers. They’ve been running very smoothly since your last upgrade in 2012. And thank God you were able to bring the project in, on time, under budget, and without having to change providers or bring in “professional” help or professional management or without exposing ourselves to the “cloud.” It will remain our little family secret how you did it.
