Even if Blacks were a few ticks lower on the IQ scale they’d STILL be able to make the gap in expectations narrower than it is...WAY narrower, reading ain’t brain surgery. The problem lies elsewhere. Beside that, how “black” are American blacks anyway? I’ve read that most are something like half white compared to African blacks.
Quit babying them by playing the race card every time one fails. You will be surprised how quickly they recover and learn from failure. Just like everyone else.
