nope, the folks I know here haven’t given up. They continue to work to elect conservatives to the state House. There are at least half dozen in the legislature now because of their efforts.
They do not spend any time discussing their vote, because they know it is trivia.
Ya see, the people I have campaigned for this year, I don’t live in their district so I cannot vote for them. Don’t matter, we can still get the gal elected.
What we are opposing is the philosophy of some Catholics:
“I am Pro-Life and I vote. (And that is all that I do.)”
