How do you get to be a Archbishop in a Multi- denominational Church?

If there re many Church’s like this and they vote on who will be an Archbishop , doensn’t that make them denominational?

It’s a multi-denominational GATHERING - i.e., nothing more than ecumenical outreach. In this case, agreement on an issue; showing solidarity for it. Not a “congregation”. Happens a lot. Problem is no church is organized as well as the Catholic so no “leader” gets mentioned besides the Catholic in these stories, because they don’t know who a real leader is in the Protestant case. They’re probably just the pastors of some local churches.
