Find the photo and save the URL for the photo. Then write, with no space after the < or the =

Can you briefly explain how to do it?

There are many places that explain how. Just search for "post image in HTML".

If you have an image file, upload it to someplace like ImageShack. It will provide the HTML code that you need.

If you see an image on a webpage that you want to insert into an FR posting, you have to figure out what the image URL is. With Firefox, you just right-click on the image and select "View Image". The image URL will be in the address bar.

With Internet Explorer, it's substantially more difficult, and I'll leave that for someone else that actually uses IE to explain.

Let's pretend that the image URL is http://pbs.twimg.com/media/A48DjY6CAAALsLa.jpg. You then it into this HTML code:

<img src=http://pbs.twimg.com/media/A48DjY6CAAALsLa.jpg>

That's all you do. Add a <p> immediately after it if you want to be sure any text or images that you add is shown below the image.

So you think you want to become a pic posting pajamahideen, huh?

As Michander posted as subheading to his old HTML Bootcamp threads years ago;

HTML Sandbox 2012

One can post to that thread, but usually the "review" function button at a posting page is enough of a test to see if one got the coding correct.
