I too have been fantasizing that this general would get the boot and the wronged fellow would be reinstated.

When Humpty Dempsey retires, the U.S. Senate needs to not vote to allow him to retire as a four-star reducing him to his permanent grade of major general because of his meddling in politics. Doing so will make other generals think twice about forgetting they are supposed to remain neutral with respect to politics and to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution.
Past time. Not only did he fire someone for speaking the truth about our enemies, but he is the kind of general who will get our troops in the field killed any time he’s given a chance to do it.
Dempsey needs to be COURT-MARTIALED for SEDITION and TREASON for aiding and abetting the enemy. The Radical Muslims want to kill us, Dempsey....which side are you on?
This pandering to the enemy nonsense will stop when these seditious generals are stripped of their ranks and forced to wash slop buckets at Leavenworth
Now we also find out that “The Video” had nothing to do with the violent outbreak in Benghazi. And that the administration refused requests for help and protection of our consulate. Obama wants to believe that Islam can be trusted and the facts just keep getting in his way. Look the other way while the murders and beheadings of Islam become the new "normal" in his dreams.
Now he's got the Pentagon fooled. How dangerous is that?
Generals are not military Generals any more.
Now they are Obama political suck-asses.
We are in a helluva position to be fighting when we have Generals like this.

Dempsey is the worst and should be rudely and unceremoniously dumped as soon as Romney and Ryan get in by the new Secretary of Defense, Col. Allen West.
There should be some ruse that would allow a reduction in rank to 2nd Lt. Let the bastard retire on that!

Then reinstate the Colonel and make him a General.

Why bother protecting and defending the Constitution when their CIC is not held to the same standards?
Aren’t they supposed to follow his lead?
