I hope he was kidding. They are so far beyond redemption it’s not even something to discuss except in jest.

Those were the two words that popped into my mind.
I believe in forgiveness, but I, also, believe in acts that justify forgiveness.
I don’t believe we will see that in our lifetime.
I’m comforted in that the American people saw what we did last Wednesday night.
They can't un-sell your soul to the devil just like you can't put the toothpaste back in the tube.
We didn't start this war they've waged on Republicans and conservatism, they did, and you know what? They're messing with the wrong people.
