Another term for Obama will mean the Supreme Court will have a majority on the far left for a generation. No true conservative who has even an ounce of concern for their children and grandchildren would risk what that means. There is no way the conservative justices on the SC will retire if Obama is reelected but if Romney is elected then Scalia and Kennedy will almost assuredly be replaced by liberal Romney appointees. The country can survive 4 years of Obama it is unlikely to survive 40 years of Romney's liberal SC picks..
