I think that the debate is whether she practiced law in a Massachusetts court. She apparently practices routinely in federal court which although it may be physically in Massachusetts, is a separate jurisdiction. The article I read said she represented a citizen of Massachusetts in a federal appeal which had state implications. Sounds rather obscure. I’m thinking it won’t have much traction but fun to think about.
Sounds like Elizabeth Warren is liable for FELONY charges (fraud and deceit and no law license).
I can't say whether or not there was paperwork she should have filed but didn't, ....Oh poopy, PJ. What's the big deal about passing a State Bar Exam so you can legally practice law?[The paperwork she should have filed is known as the bar exam.]
Oh ... wait, my mistake. That was Joe Pesci in 'My Cousin Vinny'.
'Junior' passed the NY Bar Exam on his THIRD attempt.
Princess Fauxcahontas - whose a Cherokee Indian ya know - prolly couldn't pass the Mass. Bar Exam so why bother taking it. Which reminds me, Scott Brown should ask the Cherokee Princess what her LSAT score was. As I recall, every real lawyer knows that number like their birth date. It's either 'up there' in Harvard Law territory (like almost perfect), or so fricken bad they wind up going to Law School in a place like Botswana.
Speeding into the top 30 like a Cherokee who needs a personal injury lawyer!
If I remember correctly, it was a cyanide pill. Issued to “Jedburgh” teams prior dropping into Nazi occupied Europe in WWII.
Does anyone else get the feeling Warren is heavily medicated? Her demeanor is off and she seems sort of depressed.
You’re right. After I did an Internet search, the answers came up. OSS = Operatives, Spies & Saboteurs, and the L pill was a rubber-coated, potassium cyanide (or other fast-acting poison) pill to bite in case of enemy capture.
