I wonder how well that black ski mask protects against a precision aimed 30-06 to the head. I now only practice head shots out to 300M. Simple rule, anyone pointing a weapon in my direction is a target regardless of the badge they wear.

Thanks Trav. How can DHS buy this stuff? We are broke and spending borrowed money already. Surely Congress has to authorize it?
I do not expect any change in policy, even if there is regime change in the US.
