WHAT IS SO ESSENTIAL TO STEPHENS THAT HE WOULD PUT HIMSELF IN THAT KIND OF DANGER? WHY WAS STEPHENS IN BENGHAZI? WHO SENT HIM TO BENGHAZI, AND WHO HAD AUTHORITY TO SEND HIM? HE DID NOT GO THERE WITHOUT INSTRUCTION. WHO GAVE HIM THAT ASSIGNMENT? WHY BENGHAZI, RATHER THAN ANY OF ANOTHER 500 HAMLETS IN LIBYA? WHO GUARANTEED HIS SAFTY? OR WHO PORTRAYED TO STEPHENS THEY WOULD GURANANTEE HIS SAFTY?
