An eyewitness, who appeared on camera but has requested anonymity, said that he did not hear any threat in the seconds before Scott killed Ables. The witness was pumping gas and standing 15 feet away from Ables when a bullet ricocheted past him and struck his car. The bullet left a noticeable impression on the witnesss car. It's dangerous to be pumping gas and have bullets whizzing past you. Even Michelle has said it is dangerous for Barack to pump gas. Apparently even civilians in Houston have to watch out.

(Obama likes to claim credit for getting Osama. Why hasn't he tried Khalid Sheikh Mohammed yet?)

An eyewitness, who appeared on camera but has requested anonymity, said that he did not hear any threat in the seconds before Scott killed Ables. In this instance, "eyewitness" is a misnomer. He did not see any of the incident until it was over. He is more of an "earwitness".
