Apparently this guy is on parole and was ordered to stay away from computers, Do you know what prompted that ban to limit access to computers, after all they do have computers in prisons?

Seems to me he was convicted of fraud of some sort but I could be wrong about that. I suppose some prisons have them but obviously they could prevent an inmate from using them.
