No, let me sum this up for you,

The SCOTUS upheld Jim Crow, they were wrong,

The SCOTUS decided Wickard, they were wrong

The SCOTUS decided Roe, they were wrong

Just because they decreed does not mean they did not violate the Constitution. They were wrong.

Just as you are wrong.
