Actually, I think this guy has two different events confused.
The “You lie comment” came during a session of Congress. And as you said, he did lie.
The State of the Union incident came after O totally dressed down the Supremes in front of an applauding audience. Roberts mouthed “That’s not true.”
This guy needs to get his diss moments correct to have any credibility.
No, two different State of the Union addresses. Joe Wilson (correctly) shouted “you lie!” at the ‘09 SotUA. Justice Roberts mouthed “not true” (correctly again) at the ‘10 SotUA.
