"Do you think that someone like Congressman Paul Ryan would run alongside a man he thought would be pro-abortion?" ==========================================================
No I don't believe he would, and I also don't believe everything people tell me so much as what their track record tells me.
I do believe in repentance if there is evidence and not just words.

“Are you capable of making your argument without that type of language?”
I’ve used many analogies in many posts with regard to similar sentiments. Would you prefer an analogy to parrots or machines, lemmings or sheep?
I will use the analog I wish. ‘Slave’ is best because it refers to those who are sentient but content to be the chattel property of a master or masters. Their votes are spoken for, they will quote the party line and they will bow in whatever direction they are instructed to bow in. Thus slave is a fair description.
I know that the Romney for Caesar crowd is more comfortable with ‘traitor’, ‘troll’ etc. in presenting their party line, but I won’t go there. Not publicly, anyway.

The only rational conclusion I can come to is to support candidates of Tea Party values for the House and Senate, realizing which ever of these guys are elected President, we (Conservatives) are in for a huge battle.

"If you do not vote for Romney this November then you will, in effect, be casting a vote for Obama"So if I were to literally vote for Obama, then my vote would count as two! That would leave a mark.

“I consider the GOPe as godless as the DNC. In fact, I find all the religious posturing by our GOP leaders, our talk show hosts and our commentators to be the height of hypocrisy. There are money changers in our temples, there is sin being celebrated from our pulpits, with many so called Christians aiding and abetting it, and we all, in unison, condemn the Democrats for what we ourselves are doing?”

All of you with your self-righteous noses in the air - and won't vote for RR -
Never fear. If obummer gets in - you'll never have to worry about voting for another republican as long as you live...

Mitt will be almost anybodys huckleberry jam if its politically advantageous. In Massachusetts, his political waffle was buttered on the abortion side. The larger USA, not so much.
Then it should be quite easy for conservatives to make a nice jam sandwich, shouldn't it? Wouldn't it be much, much better to have someone in the White House who would be so compliant, and not someone who, to date, has been just a little bit more than hostile to conservative political views?

The one guy believes in a little prayer and counseling before killing the baby. The other guy doesn't.
My relatives with the General Assembly and the Church of the First Born do some prayer over their babies as they die of conditions commonly cured by modern medicine ~ they do some counseling too.
Barbarians and cultists are all alike ~ how can anyone vote for either of these guys. I am embarrassed to know so terribly many people who are not at all bothered by these things.

Yes, in fact I do believe it more possible that Mitt would yield to pressure from the Tea Parties than that Obama would. It stinks to have to be in a clamoring contest for control of a silly putty president. But that beats a rigid dogmatic Marxist any day.

Thanks. I found it by browsing his history again. It came down to two threads that it could be. I pinged you from it in my farewell to him.

With all due respect, take this diatribe and shove it.

Even if you got a President Palin, that’s really expecting the president to do everything for you. One door into the presidency is flexible and the other is not. So what do you pick.
