*ok Mr. Conservative.....Like I said, go away”
*******************************************************
I’m still here. And thank you for calling me Mr. Conservative—you’ve correctly identified my essence.

Let’s all toast to an upcoming 2013 US Senate led by the Republican majority with its many NEW CONSERVATIVE members reinforcing its CURRENT CONSERVATIVE members. Good things may happen if we have numbers of CONSERVATIVE Republican Senators sufficient to dominate the “moderate” Republican Senators in the caucus. That’s my hope, although I’m pragmatic enough to think that we may not complete that mission until the 2014 elections.

And let’s all toast to an upcoming 2013 US House with its 2010 crop of new Tea Party representatives greatly reinforced with a 2012 crop on new Tea Party representatives. That will result in the House becoming even more conservative (hopefully with more conservative leadership) and emboldened. Nancy Pelosi and her cohorts will become even more marginalized.

And let’s all toast to having a US president who will actually sign the legislation that the above described 2013 Congress (and its even better 2015 Congress) passes.

I can agree with you on a conservative legislature...

however, take a look at the past 2 years.. the elected tea party house members were at best marginalized.. and the senate did a cave on everything....

I will say that IF we get a republican ( not conservative, the numbers just are not there ) house and senate, do you think they will pass conservative legislation, or will they toe the party line and pass what the party leader (mcromney) wants passed??

as governor mcromney shot down the vast majority of anything even remotely conservative or even moderate that crossed his desk.

he had no problem passing abortion on demand, gay rights, gun control and every tax and spend item that crossed his desk..

like I said, he is a socialist... I do not care what he says, i look at what he does...

i will not sit out this election by any means... I have not missed an election since 1976, and do not plan on missing one (hell, i might even vote after i am dead)..

perhaps I was hasty in my comments to you, but that is because I am sick and tired of people calling names to those that refuse to compromise any longer. I have been compromising since 1988, and have witnessed every conservative be backstabbed and destroyed by the republicans. Just look at what they did to gingrich in 1999.
They destroyed the conservatives and went hog wild for 6 years when bushie was prez. the only president that added more debt and social programs then bushie to date is fubo..

I am naturally suspicious of ANYONE who is willing to champion a proven socialist as a conservative.

and mcromney is just that...

Do really believe that Mitt Romney is investing all this time and money to enact someone else's agenda? If most of the Republicans in Congress wouldn't aggressively fight Obama, why do you expect that they will fight a President of their own party? In all likelihood, Romney will be calling the tune and the Republicans in Congress will dance to that tune.
