He had to, it was predetermined and the PROOF was shown in the view of the teleprompter. It already had the vote passing.

That is why he looked so confused, I know it is normal for a dem, but he kept calling for a voice vote to confirm what he was reading on the teleprompter but it never came so he just did the typical dem lie and declared it to have passed.

The “no’s” were actually louder and carried in reality. (the woman said “they voted the way they voted”). They’d have done better to just leave it alone as it was in the mess it was.
