Why did they not bust Obama’s chops for claiming a recess when there was not one and making a ‘recess’ appointment? That was a direct spit in Congress’s face. Obama obviously has bypassed Congress numerous times, the immigration thing being the latest usurpation of power .... why don’t they have the guts/courage to use the tools they have ... cut off funding or go to court if necessary? I’ll answer my own question .... Congress does what is in their best interests, re-election & otherwise, rather than what is in the best interests of the country. Barack needs to GO (personally, I’d like to see Seal Team 6 escorting him out along with The Mooch & the rest of his Chicago thug entourage) and there needs to be some MAJOR & RUTHLESS housecleaning where Congress is concerned.

You have to remember Obama has the Department of Justice in his pocket, what can congress be expected to do? Since both of our political parties have testicular paralysis there is not much we can do.
