Yep they will its not fear of Obama but tradition..I remember the pained look on O’Conners face election night 1996. She knew she would have to stay for at least another four years.

The SC justices are very aware of the politics of their replacement and they almost always retire (Souter being a recent exception) when the party that appointed them is in power.
