Neil Bush, now a member of the Chinese communist party?! In preparation of China eventually taking outright ownership of America, I surmise this is just a trial balloon announcement to see if it's safe for poppa Bush and the other brother's reputations to announce their membership to the same.

Neil Bush actually authored an ingenious legal theory which would be a remarkable help to anyone facing partnership liability; when called to testify before Congress about the mess at Silverado and the ‘doins of some of his associates, he stated “they were partners of mine, I wasn’t a partner of theirs”.
