Looking up this Raub Brandon guy, he is still active on Facebook on the day he was supposedly arrested. Nothing controversial, just a few music videos.

He did make a few comments like ‘the revolution is about to start’ but nothing very deep.

There are no news articles about him being arrested. All of the charges circle back to Alex Jones or Above Top Secret.

Would like a better source than just some guy with a YouTube channel.

I do not know the particulars of this case but I do know that it is NOTHING NEW.. to wit, Major General Edwin Walker commander of the 24th Infantry Division "resigned his commission after being publicly and formally admonished by President John F. Kennedy (JFK). [Walker] was an attempted assassination target of Lee Harvey Oswald on April 10, 1963 . . . [Civilian Edwin Walker] was temporarily held in a mental institution on orders from President Kennedy's brother, Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy. RFK demanded that Walker receive a 90-day psychiatric examination. . . [but a] coalition of liberal and right-wing leaders [forced] Attorney General [Robert Kennedy] . . . to back down, and Walker spent only five days in the asylum . . . ."

I might add.. Walker's anti-communist views caught the wrath of that era's MSM and they published lie after lie about him including that he led violent attacks on blacks at a Mississippi university. Walker sued but the SCOTUS ruled the the wire service (AP I believe) simply made a mistake. I think that when General Walker reached his 80s the Congress granted him the retirement that he forfeited when he resigned his commission to fight against communism in the U.S.

A lot of this information was verified from wiki -- Hey! How about that? It may be that lefty nutcases can no longer go 24/7 making wiki into wiki graffiti -- unless they simply have yet to do their sharpie attacks and vandalize the authentic accounts contained in the wiki -- Walker was a W.W.II special forces hero and Korean War vet. (He led the troops at Little Rock, Ark. under orders from President Eisenhower 1959, IIRC.)

My emphasis above.. if this Marine is being treated like JFK and RFK treated Edwin Walker we damn well better see to it that the Marine gets the same protection that Edwin Walker got. Even the ACLU helped Walker back then. Now?

1) An otherwise valid arrest is not rendered invalid due to the cops not reading you your rights. It’s really a matter of the admissibility of statements the accused made without the benefit of having been read his rights; and
2) You have, in fact and law, been arrested the moment you are not free to walk away from any police encounter.

Former Marine Raub Brandon was taken by FBI and Secret Service Wednesday night (8/15/12) for his Facebook Posts. Now being held in mental hospital

A few of his posts might be considered as threatening by the FBI. These posted included a quote from the song Bring Me Down by the band Swollen Members saying “Sharpen up my axe; I’m here to sever heads”. He also mentioned starting a revolution and made vague threats against military generals saying “I am coming for you”

According to Richard Gilbert Threatening the government officials of the United States is a serious crime under federal law. Threatening (non-presidental) officials is a federal felony, usually carrying maximum penalties of 5 or 10 years under 18 U.S.C. § 875

The first part of this video was taken 8.16.12 around 7:30 pm. This is the video of a fellow patriot, Brandon J Raub, being “arrested” and taken away by Chesterfield County Virginia Police Department. They showed up inquiring his postings on facebook, and then they just took him.

The mother made the following facebook post:

I was at the Chesterfield police dept inquiring on where my son was. I do have a video of the FBI and Chesterfield police dept taking my son away.

They told me last night, that yes, he is here and being “evaluated”. There was nothing I could do they said, but “await his phone call”.

No one has called, so I began to call. Called the chesterfield police jail and they told me that he was not there and they have NO RECORD of him being processed there or booked for any crime.

They gave me the number to the FBI which I already had because Agent Sherry Granger 804-241-4770 Called me upon his “arrest” and told me my son was being “evaluated” as a “potential terrorist” for his comments on face book AND that he was arrested by the Chesterfield Police Department.

So I called her back this morning since no one seems to know where my son is and she did not speak to me but a representative of the FBI told me he was taken to a Psychiatric Facility called Popluar Springs in Petersburg Va. So I called Popluar Springs and they have no record of his admittance.

How would you like this to happen to your child just because he exercised his constitutional right of FREE SPEECH?
