Nausea,vomiting, abdominal pain, blood in his urine. He is eating very little and has lost weight. He is normally darker skinned, but he is pasty white.
At first I was thinking a bladder or kidney infection, then a kidney stone, but according to our doctor those are a neg.

The blood in his urine should help in making the diagnosis, and suggests several possibilities. Make sure he is being evaluated by the right people, including a nephrologist. Never hesitate to get second and third opinions, and push the medical staff to explain what their reasoning is for the tests and approaches they are taking.
