While this is nice info, it would be far more useful if the author or someone was kind enough to take the time to sum up the total amount of the stimulus wasted on these foreign endeavors both as a dollar amount and as a percentage of the stimulus money already spent.
I looked at all of the links and could not find any such summary.
I looked into that before posting, but it’s likely there is much more we don’t yet know about - or maybe will never know about. You can see the word BILLIONS and MILLIONS. I don’t think a single percentage of the American stimulus should have ended up on a foreign shore.
