Bzzzt! Arthur had some common sense and restraint for the Tick's ideas. Also, he was an accountant so he would know how many zeros there are in a trillion dollar deficit. Obama doesn't even stand up to Arthur's mediocre standard.
Although he does have Arthur's "Not in the face" flinch down pat.
