I notice that Ny state only has one listed and it’s in ny city. Western Ny could use a few. Our KFC’s and Popeyes are terrible, and our veiws are not nycities.

I live in NW Illinois, and have to continually remind freepers that the rest of Illinois is not Chicago or its suburbs. Take them away, and we look more like Missouri. Obama did NOT carry my county. I know that NY has many areas that are NOT NYC. I have spent lots of time in Dutchess County (west of Brewster, IBM area) and know people from the Binghampton area. Solid people in both places. Of course, you have some nasty infestations in Ithaca and Rochester to contend with.

I have family that lives in Upstate NY and was going to get them CFA gift certificates for Christmas, but when I saw the only one was in NYC I decided Against it. Instead i will treat them when they come to visit.
