If you don’t, you get things like:

- Catholic Charities not allowed to place kids for adoption in certain states, ‘cause they won’t place with homos (if drugs were legal, they’d have to place with drug abusers, too)

- Christian (or other, but it’s usually Christian) businesses forced bake wedding cakes for homos, do photography for homos, let homos in to their leadership (if drugs were legal, you couldn’t discriminate against drug abusers, either, you’d have to enter into business relationships with them etc.)

- Children in public schools, and perhaps elsewhere, being taught and trained to embrace homosexual behavior (and drug use if it gets legalized)

- Children being taken to homo sex acts, homo parades, homo street fairs etc, with all kinds of perversion taking place, getting desensitized, for instance, a child was grand marshall of a homo parade in the midwest last year as I recall, every participant should be jailed for that in my opinion. (If drugs are legal, then kids can’t be taken from homes for drug abusing parents, have to be around people shooting up, carry for their parents, buy for their parents, cook their dope, it’s all good.)

The above issues are but a few, think it out, drug abuse AND homosexual behavior need to be illegal. It’s not all about the right to self-destruct.

That is why I said that drinking is not illegal, but their are laws which protect you from the affects of drinking.

I don't care if you have homosexual sex - not my problem. But, when you want me to accept that behavior as normal and that it should be promoted and supported with laws, then you are now affecting me and others with your choices.

You are never going to stop people from having homosexual sex, so why "outlaw" it? However, just like drinkers are not allowed to drink and drive, I think homosexuals should not be allowed to adopt. That doesn't stop them from having homosexual sex, just like DUI laws, it protects others (children) from THEIR CHOICES.

You are talking about the stupidity like in California where they are forcing schools to promote and designate the accomplishments of homosexuals like it was some great thing. Those laws are forcing homosexual morals upon Christians - why the churches have not filed a 1st Amendment lawsuit is BEYOND me.

Since I don't want their "morals" FORCED on me, then why would I want to force my morals on them - understand? From my stand point, with statistical data, I can show that homosexuals have a lower life expectancy, they have higher health costs, they have higher numbers of STDs, their "children" have higher drop-out rates and mental issues and lower incomes, etc... I can show how allowing them to adopt children or to promote their lifestyle is DETRIMENTAL to American society. BUT, I should not tell them how to have sex - I DON'T CARE!

With all due respect, your arguments about drugs is just simply NOT plausible.

Alcohol is LEGAL and children are taken from alcoholic parents all the time, so why would the state allow some drugged up parents to keep their kids, while alcoholics are having theirs removed?

My question is this, do you care what kind of sex I have with my wife? Probably not - right? But, if I was teaching my kids that doing things which greatly cause and spread diseases throughout our society, you would care about them - right?

That is my point! I don't care what kind of sex you have! But, when your choices start creating and spreading problems across our society - THEN WE SHOULD CARE!
