If this is a public document, then everything, EVERYTHING about it should be public. Under the US Justice system, there are no such things as anonymous complaints. And what about standing? Has this individual suffered discrimination from Chick-fil-A?
We're entering into Starchamber territory here. This is like that Canadian Rights Tribunal that prosecuted people, including columnist Mark Steyn, for “hate speech.”
