“NYU prides itself on being a diverse, open and inclusive campus community”, reads the petition, posted in March by student Hilary Dworkoski. “[M]aintaining a contract with an anti-gay vendor like Chick-fil-A undermines what makes this university so great.”

I guess Hilary doesn't see the irony in her statement. She likes diversity, as long as everyone agrees with HER.

So the protestors may fall short of the signatures they need, but they want the administration to CHEAT so they can get what they want. I wonder if anyone in that administration has the guts to tell these kids to suck it up, and just not EAT there, if they don't like the place.
