I’m sure I’m not the only one writing you today about this topic. Apparently, it’s being reported that Obama will circumvent the will of the U.S. senate and the nation concerning the UN Arms Treaty (UNAT) that would in effect disarm America’s Second Amendment rights through possible future amendments. If Obmam agrees to the UNAT and there is no ratification vote taken up in the democratic controlled senate. The U.S. Senate holds the key, and even though there have been at least 58 U.S. senators who have affirmed that they will reject the arms treaty if American civilian firearms are included. It doesn’t matter what’s included. If Obama does this he needs to be impeached immediately. We, the US Citizens of the United States of America do NOT answer to the UN or any other foreign power. That was the whole ordeal during 1775-1783 called the American Revolution. As a commissioned officer of the USA Reserves and former OIF veteran - I am applaud that this is even being considered. I do hope you and other senators will express and take action against the UN and Obama in this matter. It’s treasonous to say the least!
