I don’t think the nose matches, for one thing.
I wouldn’t put too much weight on the eyes. The respective pictures were taken under different lighting conditions., so it’s going to result in different skin tones and possibly different eye colours. Also, because those pictures were taken at different times, if he was at different weights during each picture taking, it would affect his appearance as well.
The fact that he’s smiling in one could affect how broad the nose becomes.
There are similarities in the shape of face, the placement and shape of his ears. The part of the nose at the level of the eyes look identical to me in the two pictures.
I agree. His nose and nostrils are much broader in the top photo. He could have had plastic surgery to make his nostrils thinner.

His left ear is the same. Mr. Monk says it’s the same guy. Photos taken at different times under different conditions.

Same person .. look at the upper lip shape: even though smiling in one and nto the ther, the upper lip shape is the same at the center line.

The two photos do look different but the chin, neck and adam apple are the same.
