If Obama gets reelected, it matters not whether the GOP gains control of the Senate or not--presuming the Reps won't have 60 votes. And Obama has the veto power.
Obamacare will be implemented if Obama wins.

Exactly. The house has voted to defund it numerous times. We need a senate to let it come to a vote and a president that will sign it.

The Supreme Court told you that all the relevant parts of ObamaKKKare could be authorized under the taxing authority. That means that recission ~ and defunding ~ only requires a majority vote in the Senate, not 60 votes to overcome a filibuster.
It would be up to Obama to sign the bill, or not sign it. If he didn't sign it, ObamaKKKare would be dead anyway becaue it wouldn't be funded.
