Yeah, the stray was an accident that happened when taking down scum that was actively killing innocent people. Imperfect action does not equate to negligence.

No I don't have a pistol, but I will at least be holding an eyeball and some brains in 2 of my fingers when I finally expire.
Remember the Columbine pictures? Hundreds of police officers hiding behind police cars while unarmed students and teachers were forced to face the gunmen all alone and unarmed? Saftey first, at least for the police.
Seems we have one of those policemen right here in our midst.
And they wonder why our respect for them falls a bit more everyday.
