Well, the 1973 tax record you posted is proof that O was not one of stanley ann soetoro’s dependents..— O was raised by Madelyn, so i would guess (just a guess) that Madelyn adopted him or got custody of him somehow..Its public knowledge that Madelyn raised him.( she would have to have legal right to do that). — i would love to try to find records on this stuff, but i dont have a clue were to start, or were to go, and how to do it— im not a investigator—..
