Oh, OK.. I have a question.. Why would they put 1st child on SAD birth certificate? was they expecting a 2nd? just askng does anyone know? Photobucket

Do you those 2 boxes in the upper left of the birth certificate backwards by any chance? Sedgwick is the county not the city, and St Francis Hospital is in the city of Wichita East in Sedgwick county.
