Comment #7 appears to have translated a message on the back of the document, but I can't see a word of it, so how it was translated from the DUTCH (?) is a bit over my head...and this couldn't be the document that triggered the Lucas DOC with the footprint, because the time of BIRTH is not the same. This piece of paper is however, much more like it's English counterpart than the Bomford South Australian fake, which was the result of a family member with access to the Bomford Family genealogy site having access to the document shown there, and downloading it.

The author indicates that the birth started in one hospital and finished in a another, and the BHO jr has sent tons of money to this hospital via earmarked AIDS-related grants instigated by him and approved by congress.

The lack of a registrar's signature and seal makes it a clear fake and worthless in any legal proceeding or serious investigation.

What is intriguing is why you would reintroduce a document onto this thread, a document that FReepers have convincingly concluded is a fake, IMO.
