The Court Ordered the Original Long form BC removed from the Obama Divorce record because SAD-Soetoro testified in the Soetoro Annulment hearing, 1971-72, BHO Sr. was not the father of BHO II.
The Original Long form BC contained witness attestations from the delivery doctor and hospital administrator BHO Sr. was the father. Since SAD-Soetoro later testified this was not true, the Court Ordered the Original Long form BC sealed and archived. An abbreviated short COLB was Ordered by the Court to be “filed” with HDoH with BHO Sr. listed as the father. The abbreviated COLB did not have witness attestations.
A BC that has been sealed and archived is legally void. It cannot be used in any Court proceeding for any reason. Hawaii is one of the few states in the USA that will provide an adult adoptee with a copy of their Original Long Form BC for genealogy purposes only.
