Best and only way to kill Obamacare forever is to pass a Constitutional Amendment:

"Congress shall NOT exempt themselves, their families, nor their staff members from ANY law they pass for the People."

I predict this amendment, if passed by Congreee, would be ratified by the States very quickly.
