I expect the Mexican government was of the same mind as Obama, Clinton and Holder when they decided to create the evidence they needed to support their talking point that American guns were responsible for the majority of crime in Mexico.

I remember all the joint press conferences where they all shared the same stage and sang from the same hymnal.
