From what I read, Dewhurst and Cruz are not that far apart in basic ideology.

The basic difference..Dewhurst is used to Texas politics. There is a certain amount of cooperation. He will toe the party line.

Cruz will stand against the GOPe...I think.

I’ll be voting Cruz on 7/31
