1. The GOP didn’t make sure they dropped out, the voters did. We need a big fat mirror. Conservatives split among 4 others. When it comes down to the voting booth, the GOPe has the same vote you do.

2. Of course money is a factor. It is a factor in everything. Another thing we need to quit blaming and start realizing how it works. #2 is related to #1 and both equal votes which brings victory.

Way too many people look for excuses instead of trying to play the game.

One more time ~ there were only 3 lifelong Conservative Republicans in the race. There were 13 other candidates registered with the RNC who were either party converts, democrat donors, actually members of other parties, democrat campaign workers and organizers, etc.

NO, the Conservative vote wasn't split ~ it was drowned out in a sea of non-Conservative non-Republican clown acts.

Romney held on to his same old 20% (that I assume he bought somewhere) ~ which made him look better than he really was.

You strip out the outsiders, the three Conservative Republicans would have all looked great!
