You require a guarantee of victory before making an effort? How sad. Our Founders did not. And, neither did those who started the Republican Party in 1856. In fact, the very first Republican presidential nominee, John C. Fremont, lost the election to none other than James Buchanan, a Democrat. Good thing for us, they did not give up. Unlike you, they were willing to start with nothing and make an effort without guarantees for the betterment of the nation. It works ... when you give it shot.

Well I’m not going to take a wing and a prayer in 2012. This isnt some feel-good movie.
When Obama is gone then I’ll entertain all types of stuff. This year absolutely not.
