The beast is too powerful. It would be an exercise in futility. To quote a well known source:
“And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?”

I am quite familiar with that.

Ten horns and seven heads.
If the Patriots thought this way, we’d all still be saying “God save the Queen”.
