Lawyers are nothing more than opportunistic fools. They are some of the most evil creatures of history who for the most part believe the law is whatever some idiot in a black robe says it is. The law itself is just something to get around so they can make millions off the misery of others. Without it they would be poor. Never trust anyone who makes a living off the misery or greed of fool.

The minute people start spouting off about ‘stakeholders’ what they really mean is that the system is a functioning corporatist fascist state.
When people indicate that citizens have a responsibility— not ‘stakeholders’ to government, then you have a sovereign legal state in the eyes of the Constitution.
Obamacare exists because of a corporatist fascist relationship with health insurers and corporate run hospitals.
There is no way for individual citizens to have any rights or say in the system that these people have put into place.
They always say “now people won’t have to pay for people who don’t have insurance”. This law insures that those who don’t pay will have it paid for them.
What I don’t understand, and I asked this question early on, is why wasn’t this case based on waivers and exemptions. I can’t believe any of the justices would have voted specifically that some our liable and some aren’t. Such as congress.
Oh, well. I now hope he IS the antichrist. If he is, it won’t be long to ever lasting glory!
